Co-author not returning your paper?

You have drafted a paper and sent it to your co-author, boss or your supervisor, but you have not heard anything back from them for a number of weeks now.

Frustrating, isn’t it?

You really want to get it out of the way and focus on another project. Or maybe it is important to you to submit this paper as soon as possible so that you can add it to your CV. You have sent a couple of reminders but there is still no answer from your co-authors.
