How to be more productive on computer

When you sit down to work on your computer hoping to make progress in your project, do you find yourself getting distracted by other things? If you need to do something on the internet, do you easily get sucked in into reading e-mails, clicking links and checking them out?

After a couple of hours of checking various websites and blogs and googling for useful information you realise you have not been very productive on your computer.

Watch this short video to learn one simple strategy that will help you use your computer as a tool not as a distraction!

 

 

Instead of: “I’ll work on my project for an hour or two” get clear on what exactly you want to accomplish and approach your computer with a list of tasks,
for example:
1) one figure for the paper
2) draft one paragraph in discussion
3) send one e-mail inquiring…

    Hi Olga. You have given a common idea which everyone knows. But when i sit before computer doing my planned work.. I am not able to do it. Still my mind wanders here and there and i waste my time.. Can you give me a brilliant tip how to concentrate on my mind and complete my planned work.
