Instead of: “I’ll work on my project for an hour or two” get clear on what exactly you want to accomplish and approach your computer with a list of tasks,
for example:
1) one figure for the paper
2) draft one paragraph in discussion
3) send one e-mail inquiring…

hello Olga! Although it’s nice to learn something new from these posts, today I’m feeling very pleased with myself to not have learnt something new. Thanks to your ‘Most Productive Year’ course I did a couple of years back, I now have a schedule in front of me with tasks broken up in half hour slots! Go me!
