Overwhelmed this December? Here is what to do!

With the end of the year in sight, we tend to pile up more and more work on our plate “to be completed by the end of the year”.

In additional to the deadlines that would have been there anyway we also promise ourselves and others to complete things “by the end of December”. This makes us feel overwhelmed, stressed, and also causes exhaustion and sometimes burn-out.
