H all, I weighed 100kg after three unsuccessful pregnancies and have been wanting to loose some weight but could not because of my tight schedules. Amidst this periods, I felt preggy again last year, and towards the end of the pregnancy, I weighed 114kg. Hmmm…. could not believe it; I use to be a size 10 and now size 16/18. I planned to start doing excercise… guess what? I did my first session about an hour ago yehhhh! I feel lot more relieved and happy 🙂

Wheeeeeee!!! I just bought a groupon and booked myself for a class to try Scuba Diving on June 23rd!! I’m so excited, can’t wait! I always always wanted to learn how to dive and feel like a fish in the water. Being under water is so peaceful and quite and pretty. My inner self is truly jumping from one foot to the other and clapping hands in excitement! Thanks so much for the challenge! And it didn’t even take 2 hours!

    Hi Olga!
After completing my MSc, I had dreams and aspirations to continue my academic career and do a PhD. Long story short, with 2 kids and busy schedules it seemed quite impossible. Nevertheless, I gave it a go, even had another baby during my 4 years of doctorate research! After a lot of hard work, late nights, and heaps of support and encouragement from my family, especially my kids and my husband, I have just last week submitted my PhD thesis for examination!!
Heres hoping all goes well now, and regardless of the outcome, I feel so happy and accomplished achieving my goals!!

  5. Thanks everyone for participation 🙂 And the winning comment is…. by @Janine Pforr! Janine, I will be in touch with you about posting you a book! Congrats! 🙂

  6. I can relate to this, I increased size from 10/12 to 16 after three pregnancies and now looking into new forms of exercise. What kind of exercise did you choose? All the best and hugs.

  7. Janine Pforr says:
