“So much to do, so little time” – is this you? (VIDEO)

“So many thing to do, so little time” – is this you? There are many things you want to do in your work, and also outside your work! But there is so little time! And even when you do get to do one of those things, you cannot even enjoy it, as you think of all those other things you could be doing and what you are missing out right now. These thoughts can driving us crazy and sometimes even paralysed us not allowing us to do any of the things we want to do, just because we think of all the other things we are NOT doing right now.

As you see your friends or other people you know share all those exciting things their get to do in the work and life, you might be feeling quite jealous, and think that it is something wrong with you and you are not as good as them, as you don’t have time for all those things you want to do. You see the pictures of their activities popping up on FB or other social media, and you wonder how on earth they manage to do all this.

Watch the above video where I share with you how you can start turning it around. I offer you two simple and doable strategies to start doing more of what you want and enjoy more of what you are already doing.

Oh, OLGA! I need you in my back pocket reminding me that I do not have to do it ALL! If you saw my computer screen and the "open" files that I have the intention to getting to, eventually. Ugh! I am now shutting my computer and being PRESENT.

  2. Olga, your observation that super-productive people “don’t do it all at the same time” is what a friend calls a BFO – a Blinding Flash of the Obvious. That makes so much sense now that someone else has pointed it out to me. Thank you!

  3. Cindy says:

Olga, you have nailed it. Thanks for your amazing reminder – do what is important right now. That’s it and you will get the important things done.

  4. Hi Olga,
Wow, you’re video really spoke to me when you talked about recognizing that you don’t have to do it all right now. What a fabulous perspective shift! Thank you for reminding me of that precious point.

  5. @Star, so glad it was a timely reminder for you! I get to tell THIS to my clients all the time. Luckily my coach reminds me of this too when I get caught up in "they all achieve so much, and I don't…"
