Be more productive!– when you hear this phrase or when you tell it to yourself, what does it mean to you?

Maybe it is to complete writing your thesis within the next four months.

Maybe it s to publish two high-profile papers within the next year.

Maybe it is to become more focused on your priorities during your working day.

Maybe it is to improve a relationship that you were agonising about so that you can finally get some work done.

Or maybe it is simply to wake up in the morning looking forward to your day and feel like you are on track with all the things.

If your answer is along these lines then you are in the right place: I help people to achieve just that and MORE!

What is your situation right now and what are the challenges?

Many of you started on the path of being a scientist with excitement and passion wanting to make a contribution and find answers to big questions. Gradually though this excitement might have worn out because of the amount of routine and hard work you find yourself doing, because of becoming disillusioned and disappointed in how things are done and how relationships work. Or simply because “life” got in the way.

Are you…

feeling overwhelmed with your big to-do lists and not enough time to complete all the tasks of the day? Finding difficult to start things, to make progress or to complete your projects? Procrastinating despite of having a lot of things on your plate right now? Doing things in an unfocused way and being easily distracted? Feeling like you could be more pro-active, but tending to go with the flow?

Rarely saying NO to others and finding yourself doing many things that you are not sure why you are doing? Being discouraged easily? Feeling your low self-esteem gets in the way of doing your work effectively? Experiencing challenges in balancing you work and family life? Having worries and anxieties that rob you of happy and joyful feelings. Wishing your work and life situation would be different? Feeling like you are lost, going in circles? Thinking that if you continue like this you feel like you are just going to be wasting your time, missing your dream and your ideal life.

I specialise in helping scientists dealing with all of the above!

P.P.S. I strongly believe in mentorship and think that having a coach or a mentor is a crucial part of success (whatever definition of success you might have!)

I constantly invest into my personal and professional growth and work with one or even two mentors at the same time, to get support in different areas of my life and work. I am also part of group programs to ensure I develop myself constantly.

Here is what my mentors say about my work:
