Restoring your confidence

If you’ve been having a tough few months (as I have), you’ll know that it’s tempting to try to just “plough on” & “get through it”. β€οΈβ€πŸ©Ή

Yet, trying to move forwards while feeling battered from your last knock-back is NOT a recipe for success.

What IS a recipe for success is to spend some time making a conscious effort to restore your confidence! πŸ’₯

This is what I have been doing recently & it really helps. …It can even be fun!!!

In today’s video, I’m sharing some of the activities that have been helping me (& my clients) to restore our confidence recently ⚑️ – from having a good ol’ cry, to learning how to fire dance! (Yes, really!!! πŸ”₯)

Check it out!

For me, learning to fire dance was an incredible way to reclaim my power. πŸ’ͺ (You can see a video here: https://youtu.be/kcrjlBQOdpE)

Another important step could be to get a cheerleader in your corner.

If that’s what you need right now, I’m here for you. ❀️ (Set up a free call with me at tinyurl.com/speaktoolga & we can rediscover your inner power together! ☺️)

I hope you enjoy this video. (Don’t forget to check out part 1 too, here: https://youtu.be/ibQLI4LyRjY πŸ˜‰)

If you have any favourite tips for restoring your confidence after a fall, I’d love to hear them. Post them in the comments & let’s rise together!! πŸ”₯
