Your Productivity For Scientists Assignment for this week is:

1) see if you recognise any (or all) of the items on the list that run as a pattern in your life, become aware of them (awareness is the first step to any change!) and with some of them decide to just STOP IT!!

  • negative thinking
  • lack of confidence
  • emotional pain
  • feeling overwhelmed and exhausted
  • successful on the outside but on the inside it is darkness, pain, struggle
  • guilt and punishment which leads to self-sabotage
  • self-criticism

2) pick one of the issues and decide to make changes with it. You will find the links to my previous blogs posts and videos on some of those issues.
