How to deal with a rejection

If you just got a rejection for your job application, a submitted article or something else you reached out for, you might be feeling quite upset or even crushed. In fact I’ve just heard from one of my private clients that a rejection of a job application was hard on her. Incidentally someone also said NO to me this week as I hoped my name would be included in the list of speakers at an event. So I know exactly how upsetting it can feel! And I am eager to share with you some strategies for dealing with a rejection that allow you to move forward.

When you’ve done your best and you still got a rejection you cannot do anything about just now, it can seriosly undermine your self-confidence. I hear it makes you feel like you are not good enough, it is never going to be good enough, and it is just all too hard to deal with. This is counterproductive, it slows you down in your progress and sometimes even paralyses you for days or even week. And while we dive deep into this issue with my private clients, I wanted to share with you some strategies too. In this video I give you two strategies for dealing with the rejection and for moving on. Watch the video to learn the strategies and get inspired.
