How to make time for your non-urgent projects

I have a question for you… Are you managing to make time for your non-urgent projects?

You know what I’m talking about… Those tasks that are important, but that don’t have a deadline (or that have a deadline that’s farrrrr in the future).

Perhaps a grant proposal, a book idea, or maybe even writing up your PhD thesis!

It’s so easy to delay these tasks and not give them the attention they deserve. But these projects are really important!!
