Overcoming overwhelm: 5 top tips to stay peaceful and productive

The end of the year can be overwhelming. In fact every time December shows up on our calendars, most of us feel overwhelmed and agitated. There are usual worries about finishing projects and meeting several deadlines. In addition we have a load of things that come only in December, such as Christmas cards signing and posting, presents shopping and wrapping, going to Christmas lunches and parties, visiting relatives and friends.

There is much less time for work in December admittedly, but the amount of work that is waiting for us at our work place is the same as in any other month. Often there are even more things to do in December, as we have a tendency to try and finish up started projects and round up other ventures and commitments.

As a result we feel overwhelmed and arrive towards the end of the month frustrated and burned out. I am no exception to this. But I wanted to change the usual pattern and make the second half of December a bit more relaxed and peaceful for myself. This is why I sat down and compiled this A4 format pdf file called “Overcoming overwhelm: 5 top tips to stay peaceful and productive”, influenced by one of the Christine Kane’s blog posts. I found it so helpful to myself that I decided to give it to YOU, my reader, as a gift for this holiday season.

Click on the gift box below and get your pdf file on “Overcoming overwhelm” delivered directly to you inbox! It is a A4 format poster so you can print and stick it to a wall beside your desk. You can also use it as an interactive tool as it contains links to the relevant posts in my blog. If you do find it useful please share it on Facebook!
