Productivity technique for a rainy day

Productivity technique for a rainy day

Do you dislike rain? I am going to use the analogy of a rainy day to help you spot any patterns you might be having at your work and in your life where you are simply getting in your own way. This is when you slow yourself down in achieving what’s important to you.

You have probably experienced a situation when you need to go to work or from work to some other place and you need to carry something and … is it raining! It is pouring down! And naturally you are getting frustrated about it: you are going to get wet, that thing you need to carry is going to get wet, and “why is it not working out as I planned?…” And instead of getting ready to get out you are hanging about in frustration. Now fast-forward an hour or two, it’s time to go, but you are not ready, you have not prepared yourself, but what sometimes happens is that the rain has stopped! It is sunshine, it’s time to go but you are not ready. You have not prepared yourself for getting out.

Watch the video below to see how it relates to your productivity at work and how you can become more productive even if the things are not working out for you or not aligning themselves with your initial intention.
