Trying to remember your recurring obligations and getting frustrated when your missed them in that week, month or year occupies and drains a lot of your mental energy and takes your focus away from working towards your goals and dreams. Also there are things that you WANT to be able to do on a regular basis but life gets in the way, you get busy and they slip on the back burner. A week or a months are over and you think about them in frustration: “Yet again I have not done them! What’s wrong with me, why can’t I get more organised?…”
In this video I give you examples of the recurring obligations you might have or things you WANT to do but they usually don’t get done. I invite you to recognise those you have in your life and work. I then share with you a strategy for remembering those obligations and making sure you do them freeing up lots of your mental energy and focus.
