Setting boundaries around your time and saying NO more often to the things you don’t want to do and that are not in alignment with your priorities – you know this is the way to make time for what IS important to you. You may have even started setting boundaries and saying No more often. But what I hear from you is that saying No to others feels hard and … uncomfortable. So uncomfortable that you cannot stand it and ready to give up on this new habit.
